About the Role
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team. This role focuses on developing eLearning materials and systems to support employee performance and ensure successful knowledge sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and deploy e-learning content based on business needs
- →Develop computer-based training modules for operations positions, IT applications, and processes
- →Create course-specific job aids and performance support materials
- →Participate in beta deliveries of new courses
- →Maintain the company’s Learning Management System, including uploading courses and managing learner registrations
- →Partner with Training Department members to develop eLearning versions of classroom and written training materials
- →Participate in project teams on initiatives including new technology and products
- →Review and test new curriculum offerings, providing feedback for improvement
- →Evaluate and recommend new learning technologies
- →Provide data analytics on learner and curriculum success
- →Report to management on project progression and completion
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years experience in training materials design or web design
- ✓Demonstrated ability to decompose training requests and plan training documentation design
- ✓Experience in working with LMS platforms and learning design software such as SAP Enable Now
