About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Intelligent Automation Engineer to architect, develop, and deliver robust automation solutions using RPA, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies. This role requires deep technical expertise across solution architecture, environment setup, deployments, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Agentic AI
- →Leverage platform-specific AI capabilities to build intelligent automation workflows
- →Lead end-to-end solution architecture, including environment creation and CI/CD implementation
- →Automate deployment processes and enforce version control best practices
- →Implement observability practices including monitoring, alerting, and logging
- →Define and oversee automation testing frameworks
- →Develop governance standards and performance KPIs
- →Troubleshoot complex issues across applications and AI components
- →Evaluate emerging technologies for automation opportunities
- →Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
- →Produce comprehensive technical documentation
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓7+ years of hands-on experience with automation solutions, focusing on UiPath and/or Power Automate
- ✓Experience with AI-enhanced RPA capabilities
- ✓Proven experience designing enterprise automation architectures
- ✓Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
- ✓Advanced programming skills in Python, C#, or similar languages
- ✓Deep expertise in APIs, integration patterns, and CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Strong troubleshooting skills across application layers and infrastructure
- ✓Experience with Agentic AI and conversational AI solutions
- ✓Ability to design scalable automation ecosystems
