About the Role
We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to join our team in Brazil. This role involves significant contributions to software development, maintenance, and performance improvement throughout the digital product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary technical point of contact for the team towards the client
- →Work in a dynamic team to provide solutions with Java and NodeJS applications
- →Lead technical discussions with the team
- →Ensure the team is operating efficiently in technical activities
- →Participate in the complete cycle of development from design, development, testing, and deployment
- →Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches
- →Ensure the team adheres to timelines, quality standards, and best practices
- →Ensure project quality
- →Help unblock other team members
- →Provide technical mentorship to the team
- →Work with the project manager to plan sprints and deliverables
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on object oriented programming experience in Java
- ✓Hands-on object oriented experience in Javascript/NodeJS
- ✓Experience with AngularJS
- ✓Experience in database development, both SQL and NoSQL: development, maintenance, analysis
- ✓Experience developing Restful APIs
- ✓Experience working in agile teams
- ✓Experience with code versioning with Git
- ✓Experience in AWS cloud services
