About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and maintain scalable analytical models across device lifecycle, app usage, monetization performance, and customer engagement
- →Own KPI frameworks and executive dashboards in Apache Superset
- →Partner cross-functionally with Product, AdOps, Sales, Operations, and Engineering to translate complex data into strategic insights
- →Lead BI initiatives including data quality improvements, pipeline optimization, and mentorship of analysts
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics within media, CTV, streaming, or ad-supported environments
- ✓Expert-level SQL on modern data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- ✓Strong experience building scalable dashboards in BI tools
- ✓Deep understanding of monetization metrics including ARPU, CPM/eCPM, RPH, fill-rate, auction funnel stages, and attribution models
- ✓Experience working with high-volume event data, streaming/app lifecycle metrics, retention analysis, cohorting, and longitudinal behavioral models
- ✓Proven ability to design anomaly detection frameworks, KPI monitoring systems, and root-cause investigation workflows
- ✓Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives
- ✓Experience collaborating with Data Engineering on schemas, SLAs, data contracts, rollups, materialized views, and performance optimization
- ✓Program and project leadership mindset with experience prioritizing initiatives, structuring roadmaps, and mentoring analysts
