Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to design decisions that balance user needs with business objectives, following strategic guidelines defined by the product team.
- →Actively participate in the product design process, from problem exploration to implementation, ensuring consistency and quality in solutions.
- →Collaborate in the preparation and execution of workshops and work dynamics with stakeholders (ideation, feedback, validation), with support from senior designers or leads.
- →Support the understanding of user needs through qualitative and quantitative research, working with the Design Researcher or following defined research plans.
- →Incorporate business requirements, user feedback, and technical constraints into design proposals, understanding implications and adjusting solutions accordingly.
- →Design iterative wireframes, user flows, and medium-to-high-fidelity prototypes, applying design system components and guidelines correctly.
- →Document and communicate design decisions clearly to facilitate implementation by the development team.
- →Use experience metrics and product feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities in user experience.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design and/or functions related to Product Design.
- ✓Proficiency in Figma, Maze, and Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate highly desirable).
- ✓Autonomy in executing design tasks within a clear framework.
- ✓Ability to receive feedback, iterate, and improve quickly.
- ✓Strong focus on craft, usability, and visual consistency.
- ✓Active collaboration and continuous learning attitude.
