Salary Range
$14,280 - $19,320 /year

Key Responsibilities
- →Talk with customers to understand their needs and write corresponding user stories and requirements documents;
- →Create sketches and wireframes to aid in user experience discussions;
- →Be available for the team and client to clarify requirements, discuss priorities, and explore alternative solutions;
- →Help the team understand the whole picture;
- →Contribute to and review deliverables from the team, including demos, white papers, webinar content, blog posts, and presentations;
- →Lead client early engagements to ensure business goals are captured and understood from the beginning in new projects;
- →Support the Operations team in building proposals and roadmaps for clients;
- →Help the team execute toward goals and communicate plans internally and externally.
Requirements
- ✓Experience working in an Agile software development environment;
- ✓Experience in a project or program management role;
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- ✓Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities;
- ✓Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- ✓Telecommunications industry experience is highly desirable;
- ✓Product Owner Certification will be considered a Plus (CSPO, PSPO, etc.).
