About the Role
We are looking for a Data Warehouse Manager to lead and manage initiatives related to the Financial Data Warehouse and related Data Marts. This role involves extending business-as-usual (BAU) support for ongoing or new implementations and ensuring alignment with overall IT Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the BAU support for Data Warehouse across all regional entities
- →Ensure alignment of project deliverables with overall IT Strategy
- →Drive project workshop sessions and discussions to translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables
- →Enforce compliance of project deliveries with applicable policies, governance, standards, control, and regulatory expectations
- →Build partnerships and collaboration between Business Units, Technology, and vendors
- →Drive continuous improvement and employee satisfaction of Finance applications post Project Go-Live
- →Drive issue and defect management and resolution across IT, users, and vendors
- →Manage multiple deliverables concurrently to different business groups while fostering strong user and customer relationships
- →Manage relationships with vendors, users, and internal IT teams to manage issues and enhancements
- →Work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organization’s culture and conduct environment
- →Lead and manage a team of Data Mappers, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers
- →Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/Division
- →Take accountability for considering business and regulatory compliance risks and mitigating them
- →Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies
- →Highlight potential concerns or risks and proactively share best risk management practices
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience in managing Data Warehouses and Data Marts
- ✓Strong understanding of IT Strategy and project management
- ✓Experience in translating business requirements into technology deliverables
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
- ✓Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with various stakeholders
- ✓Leadership experience in managing teams of Data Mappers, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers
