About the Role
We are looking for a SQL & Snowflake Engineer to join our team. This role involves working with complex data structures and large datasets within the Data Lake, with a specific focus on Snowflake and SQL queries.
Key Responsibilities
- βDigest requirements from the engineering team and specify the implementation of complex SQL queries
- βAnalyze and map underlying data schemas within Snowflake to support application logic
- βOptimize SQL performance for large-scale data retrieval and reporting
- βFollow Agile processes and participate actively in data exploration phases
- βParticipate in technical discussions, data quality reviews, and schema design sessions
Requirements
- βSolid Experience with Snowflake (architecture, warehousing, and data sharing)
- βStrong proficiency in Advanced SQL (CTEs, Window Functions, Stored Procedures)
- βFamiliarity with ETL/ELT processes and data ingestion tools
- βSolid experience with version control for database scripts (Git, Liquibase, or dbt)
