About the Role
The Senior Designer plays a key role in shaping and elevating Redoxβs visual presence across marketing, brand, and communications. This position is responsible for producing high-quality design work that tells compelling stories, supports product and marketing initiatives, and maintains consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, presentations, events, and social media
- βCreate visual materials that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- βBuild and maintain scalable templates in Figma, Canva, and G Suite to support distributed teams and ensure brand consistency
- βDesign and deliver assets for HubSpot and WordPress
- βEstablish and maintain asset libraries, naming conventions, and version control processes
- βCollaborate closely with Product and Marketing to produce high-quality visuals for customer-facing initiatives
- βMaintain and evolve Redoxβs visual identity system, ensuring brand consistency across all materials
- βContribute to the ongoing development of Redoxβs brand standards and creative frameworks
Requirements
- β6+ years of professional experience across brand, marketing, and communication design
- βA strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and storytelling across digital and print
- βDeep understanding of composition, hierarchy, typography, and color
- βProven ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals
- βExperience designing within and contributing to brand or design systems
- βStrong attention to detail, time management, and cross-functional collaboration
- βComfort operating in an agile, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
