About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. You’ll own design end-to-end across a modern SaaS product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead design across the full lifecycle — discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery
- →Synthesize user research data to uncover opportunities and shape product direction
- →Create high-fidelity user flows and prototypes to test and validate ideas
- →Collaborate daily with Engineers and Product Managers to ensure designs are feasible
- →Use AI-driven discovery tools to accelerate ideation and concept generation
- →Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
- →Mentor and collaborate with other designers to raise the standard of design excellence
- →Advocate for the user while balancing technical, regulatory, and business constraints
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product design experience across the full software lifecycle
- ✓Strong portfolio showing high-impact B2B or enterprise SaaS work
- ✓Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Lovable, etc.)
- ✓Experience using AI-powered tools for research and ideation
- ✓Excellent interaction and visual design craft
- ✓Strong communicator who can influence cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
- ✓Preferred Experience
- ✓Familiarity with healthcare data or interoperability (FHIR, HL7, APIs)
- ✓Experience with data-dense UIs or developer-facing products
- ✓Experience in remote-first environments
- ✓Ability to mentor team members
