About the Role
We are looking for a Service Designer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and evolving end-to-end services centered on people, aligned with business objectives and experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and evolve end-to-end services centered on people, aligned with business objectives and experience strategy
- →Map, analyze, and redesign journeys, processes, and touchpoints to optimize omnichannel experiences
- →Facilitate co-creation workshops and working sessions with business, technology, and design teams
- →Define and measure experience indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and customer loyalty
Requirements
- ✓University degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related fields
- ✓Minimum 4 years of experience in Service Design, Customer Experience, or Strategic Design roles
- ✓Proven experience designing end-to-end services in complex and multidisciplinary contexts
- ✓Proficiency in Service Design and Human Centered Design approaches
- ✓Experience in Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprint creation
- ✓Ability to design consistent omnichannel experiences
- ✓Experience facilitating workshops, co-creation dynamics, and alignment sessions
- ✓Knowledge and use of experience and loyalty metrics
- ✓Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Figma and Miro
