About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team at Encora. This role involves designing high-fidelity, intuitive products across multiple interfaces while considering business and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute research activities
- →Apply design heuristics and information organization practices
- →Design for multiple interfaces including mobile, desktop, conversation, and voice
- →Apply universal design techniques to achieve inclusivity
- →Test products to ensure they are useful and usable
- →Create designs that address different use scenarios
- →Maintain the design system
- →Hand-off design artifacts to developers
- →Design for accessibility and inclusive user groups
- →Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience with IxD / UX Design
- ✓3+ years of experience with User Research & Testing
- ✓3+ years of experience with Information Architecture
- ✓3+ years of experience with UI & Visual Design
- ✓2+ years of experience with Multi-Platform Design
- ✓3+ years of experience with High-Fidelity Prototyping
- ✓3+ years of experience with Usability & Design Heuristics
- ✓2+ years of experience with Accessibility / Inclusive Design
- ✓2+ years of experience with Design Systems
- ✓3+ years of experience with Design-to-Dev Handoff
- ✓3+ years of experience with SDLC & Agile/Waterfall Collaboration
- ✓2+ years of experience with Risk / Compliance Awareness
