About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer with a strong background in manual and automation testing to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality software products through comprehensive testing of system and web-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automation testing
- →Perform functional, regression, and GUI testing for various applications
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
- →Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
- →Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium, Java, and TestNG
- →Conduct adhoc testing and report defects using Jira
- →Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze test results
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in manual testing
- ✓6+ months of experience in automation testing
- ✓Proficient in Java, Selenium IDE, WebDriver, and TestNG
- ✓Knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC/STLC
- ✓Experience with defect management tools like Jira and Qtest
- ✓Good understanding of SQL and database concepts
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
