About the Role
We are looking for a Test Manager to join our Group Technology and Operations (GTO) team. This role involves managing testing projects aligned with GTO’s transformation strategy, ensuring successful delivery of testing services for various applications and domains.
Key Responsibilities
- →Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services for one or more applications and/or projects in Customer Management, Credit Origination, and Compliance domains
- →Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors
- →Work with testing service providers and stakeholders to review, provide feedback, and sign off on test strategy, test plans, and other artifacts
- →Coordinate with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards, and tools
- →Ensure changes to the scope of services are communicated to test service providers and impact is factored into the plan
- →Engage with various stakeholders and testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the bank’s objectives
- →Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by stakeholders and testing service providers
- →Quantify, manage, track, and report test-related statuses, SLAs, and KPIs
- →Drive and collaborate with stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing-related deliveries
- →Participate in forums to drive testing transformation and innovation
- →Work closely with the Test Engineering Lead to provide inputs around domain-specific test engineering requirements
- →Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads
- →Engage stakeholder communities to get feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- ✓10 years of experience in testing and related domains
- ✓Strong expertise in Cards Domain
- ✓Experience with JIRA and Zephyr
- ✓Ability to manage and oversee testing services provided by vendors
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience in coordinating with Test Governance teams
- ✓Ability to drive testing transformation and innovation
- ✓Experience in working with various stakeholders and testing service providers
- ✓Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills
- ✓Experience in quantifying, managing, tracking, and reporting test-related statuses, SLAs, and KPIs
- ✓Ability to plan and execute testing-related deliveries
- ✓Experience in participating in forums to drive testing transformation and innovation
- ✓Ability to work closely with Test Engineering Leads and Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads
- ✓Experience in engaging stakeholder communities to get feedback and identify improvement opportunities
