About the Role
We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our team at Endava. This role focuses on leading and coordinating teams to achieve project goals through efficient Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive efficient Agile delivery within product domains and foster Agile proficiency across teams
- →Oversee teams to deliver products in a connected environment, facilitating coordination and co-planning
- →Ensure clear expectations setting, harmonization in co-planning, and integrated product increment
- →Identify and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across systems and platforms
- →Foster team development and enable sustained high performance
- →Identify bottlenecks in development workflows and propose process improvements
- →Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure smooth collaboration across distributed teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading Agile teams and driving project execution
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
