About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage customer contracts, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. This role requires attention to detail and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Approve customer contracts in ERP (Oracle Project Billing module)
- →Check and approve event types for revenue recognition
- →Liaise with the PMO community as needed
- →Establish revenue process controls through internal policies
- →Prepare reports and reconciliations
- →Post manual journals
- →Assist with month-end closing and SOX-related activities
- →Respond to all business inquiries
- →Support Team Lead and Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant in audit responses and process improvements
- →Solve internal/external queries related to responsibilities
- →Continuously improve processes
- →Work across markets
- →Complete special and ad hoc projects as assigned
- →Create and update Standard Operating Procedures
