About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive regional recruiting excellence and strategic approaches. This hands-on leadership position will improve stakeholder relationships and manage a matrixed team of recruiters across locations, focusing on the EMEA client delivery function.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coach and develop recruiters
- →Drive excellence against SLAs and performance indicators
- →Ensure operational and process alignment
- →Create and distribute job postings
- →Identify and source candidate profiles
- →Maintain applicant pipelines in the ATS
- →Pre-screen and interview candidates
- →Schedule interviews for stakeholders
- →Obtain approvals for offers and negotiate compensation
- →Support HR with employment documentation
- →Maintain a strong EVP voice on social channels
- →Ensure positive candidate experience
- →Refine recruitment approaches based on market research
- →Advise senior stakeholders on TA strategies
- →Manage relationships with high-level decision makers
- →Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
- →Maintain operational excellence in the ATS
Requirements
