About the Role
Endor Labs is seeking a Product Designer to join their startup, building products at the intersection of cyber-security and software development. The ideal candidate will have full-stack experience spanning user research, interaction design, and visual design, delivering delightful security and developer experiences via a SaaS service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI
- →Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones
- →Bring clarity to complex user experiences as our product scales
- →Create and maintain a clean, modern visual language
- →Work closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve Endor design principles
- →Ensure users know what to do without needing to be told
Requirements
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual polish and UX depth
- ✓Passion for building intuitive, beautiful products
- ✓4-8+ years experience as a Product Designer
- ✓Experience working closely with engineers
- ✓Proven ability to operate autonomously
- ✓Self-starter with a high bar for quality
- ✓Meticulous attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
