About the Role
The PMO Lead is responsible for driving program governance, execution discipline, and transparency across multiple initiatives within the organization. This role ensures effective tracking of project timelines and delivery of actionable insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the PMO function in tracking project progress and overseeing timelines
- →Collect, synthesize, and analyze project data from multiple teams
- →Direct teams on reporting needs and ensure timely and accurate project updates
- →Generate clear, actionable status reports for executive leadership and business stakeholders
- →Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and project success
Requirements
- ✓MBA required, with 2-10 years of relevant experience
- ✓Experience in software or IT services sector
- ✓Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical domain is highly desirable
- ✓Team player with collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- ✓Adaptable and comfortable working with diverse applications and business groups
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
