About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to join Eneba's Engineering team. This role focuses on building and maintaining a stable, scalable marketplace for gamers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the overall stability, reliability, and efficiency of Eneba’s core technology
- →Lead, mentor, and support engineering managers and tech leads
- →Maintain and continuously improve engineering practices, processes, and documentation
- →Collaborate closely with product, data, and other stakeholders
- →Anticipate scaling and stability risks and proactively prepare the platform
- →Ensure a high bar for code quality, security, and operational excellence
- →Create an environment for safe experimentation with new practices and technologies
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience leading mid-to-large engineering organizations
- ✓Strong background as a hands-on software engineer
- ✓Demonstrated track record of running stable, scalable platforms and teams
- ✓Experience building and nurturing lean, high-performing engineering teams
- ✓Ability to bring structure, documentation and continuity
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Comfortable operating without rigid long-term roadmaps
- ✓Experience working in multi-product or multi-project organizations
