About the Role
We are looking for a Recommendation Engineer to join our Data team at Eneba. This role focuses on building and improving recommendation systems to enhance user engagement and revenue on our gaming marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyse user behaviour data to identify high-value personalisation features
- →Design, train, and iterate on recommendation models using various approaches
- →Build and maintain end-to-end training and serving pipelines
- →Define and track evaluation metrics tied to business KPIs
- →Run rigorous A/B tests to benchmark new approaches
- →Own monitoring and observability of deployed models
- →Contribute reusable user and item features to our feature store
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on experience designing and shipping recommender systems
- ✓End-to-end ML ownership from raw data to production monitoring
- ✓Strong Python and MLOps fluency with experience in tooling like MLflow
