About the Role
The Structured Finance Team is responsible for structuring financing products for Enpal's customers and fundraising with debt and equity investors in private and public capital markets. We have established a new investable asset class for private solar installations in Europe and are now among the leading platforms for financing solar and heat pump portfolios – with over €5.0 billion in capital commitments from investment banks, pension funds, and international asset managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in structuring and implementing equity and debt transactions in private and public capital markets
- →Support various transaction workstreams (including due diligence, financing structuring, coordination with legal advisors, project management)
- →Build and develop financial models for portfolio financing and securitizations
- →Prepare documents and analyses for investor and rating agency meetings
- →Work closely with investment banks, advisors, rating agencies, and other external partners
- →Contribute to the further development of our financing products
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling
- ✓Knowledge of capital markets and financing structures
- ✓Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- ✓Understanding of renewable energy financing is a plus
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
