About the Role
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our People Team. This role focuses on managing administrative processes and providing support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive projects in the People Team, focusing on optimizing and automating existing processes
- →Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding all personnel-related matters
- →Manage all administrative processes along the employee life cycle, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding
- →Create contracts, amendment agreements, and certificates independently
- →Maintain personnel data systematically and accurately
- →Support the preparatory payroll accounting and serve as a competent contact for topics such as company pension schemes, health insurance, social insurance, and basic knowledge of German labor law.
