About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to shape the tools that power Enpal’s FleetOps ecosystem. You will work alongside our Director of Design and the larger design organization, focusing on complex workflows and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design workflows that span multiple tools and product verticals
- →Identify UX gaps and handover issues across systems like GIS, IoT Dashboard, and Monitoring
- →Ensure operational journeys like installation, commissioning, monitoring, and investigation flow smoothly
- →Create and optimize complex, data-rich web interfaces
- →Simplify operational workflows while preserving essential detail
- →Contribute to and evolve existing design systems
- →Partner with Product Managers on interviews, field shadowing, and usability testing
- →Use analytics, feedback, and testing to refine designs
Requirements
- ✓Experience designing data-heavy web interfaces
