About the Role
You will manage the entire lead-to-close funnel, analyzing and steering key performance indicators to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the lead-to-close funnel end-to-end, including cycle times, SLAs, and closing quotas
- →Analyze and manage all relevant funnel and revenue KPIs
- →Build and continuously develop a clear KPI and forecasting framework
- →Identify bottlenecks, performance drops, and underperformance at team and individual levels
- →Develop and implement data-driven measures to improve performance and efficiency
- →Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, ensuring high data quality
- →Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, pre-sales, and other stakeholders as a data-based sparring partner
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in sales operations or related field
- ✓Experience with Salesforce and data analysis tools
- ✓Ability to identify and address performance issues
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
