About the Role
We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and improving security controls across the corporate IT environment with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement and maintain technical security controls across corporate systems and endpoints
- →Drive continuous hardening of corporate IT environments through configuration standards
- →Define and maintain security baselines and guardrails for safe rollout at scale
- →Define security requirements for corporate IT initiatives and changes
- →Create and maintain reference architectures, security patterns, and implementation guidelines
- →Establish and operate a practical approach to vulnerability and configuration risk reduction
- →Implement technical guardrails for high-growth risk areas
- →Work closely with IT Infrastructure/Workplace teams to plan rollouts and validate impacts
- →Support Security Operations during incidents with engineering input
- →Contribute to internal security documentation
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Microsoft ecosystem security controls
- ✓Strong understanding of endpoint security and secure configuration baselines
- ✓Knowledge of vulnerability management and risk reduction strategies
- ✓Ability to define and maintain security baselines and guardrails
- ✓Experience with security architecture and requirements definition
- ✓Familiarity with high-growth risk areas like SaaS sprawl and Shadow IT
- ✓Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- ✓Strong technical documentation abilities
