About the Role
We are looking for a Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end planning process for heat pumps, with a significant impact on efficiency, customer experience, and installation quality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work on a cross-functional project with C-Level attention to optimize the end-to-end planning process for heat pumps
- →Independently take on sub-projects to improve processes, decision logics, and interfaces between teams
- →Support the analysis of existing processes, identification of bottlenecks, and development of pragmatic, implementable solutions
- →Develop and further develop tools and decision logics (e.g., Low-Code/No-Code) to make technical planning and operational processes around heat pumps more efficient and scalable
- →Conceptual participation in technical issues in the planning process, such as heating load calculation, system configuration, or the selection of suitable heat pump systems for different building types
- →Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Tech, Operations, Crafts) to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and process improvements
- →Active accompaniment of customer meetings and construction sites to understand on-site challenges and contribute to improvements
- →Support in project management (PMO): structuring tasks, tracking progress, and preparing decision-making documents
- →Hands-on testing of new tools and work methods to continuously improve processes and feed experiences directly back into the organization
- →Communication and coordination with different stakeholders – from craftspeople to management – with a focus on implementation strength and clarity
