About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Sports pillar team. This role focuses on delivering reliable, seamless, and engaging experiences across key Sports Betting journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end design for our most critical Sports user journeys
- →Translate complex business logic, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows into intuitive design solutions
- →Partner with Product and Engineering to define scalable system behaviours and reusable design patterns
- →Support other designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative design culture
- →Improve and standardize design review practices to reduce rework and improve quality
- →Drive workflow optimization initiatives by identifying friction points and usability gaps
- →Research to identify colleague pain points and workflow bottlenecks
- →Conduct usability testing for internal tools focusing on task completion and efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading end-to-end design for complex user journeys
- ✓Ability to translate business logic and regulatory requirements into design solutions
- ✓Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams
- ✓Experience with design system development and standardization
- ✓Knowledge of usability testing methodologies
- ✓Understanding of workflow optimization and system improvement
