About the Role
The Support Operations Analyst role within the Global Command Centre is a pivotal first-line support position in Technology at Entain. This role serves as the first response to various internal and external teams, representing the face of the Global Command Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage tickets for GCC, ensuring correct data entry and triage
- →Respond to Teams channels and chats with wider operations and technology teams
- →Assist in recovery of major incidents and problem root cause investigations
- →Carry out first-time fixes according to documented knowledge bases
- →Create and maintain articles within the knowledge base for team-wide knowledge sharing
- →Monitor systems across various monitoring and alerting platforms including Kibana, Grafana, and SCOM
- →Manage communications from third parties and vendors regarding live issues, planned works, or information requests
- →Ensure awareness of product launches, large changes, or events requiring higher support levels
- →Work closely with global customer service teams to resolve technical customer issues
