About the Role
We are looking for an Angular Tech Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional team within the Product & Tech Team. This role involves working closely with the Product Owner to plan, execute, and evaluate team results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver high-quality technical solutions and ensure impactful outcomes.
- →Address risks such as technical debt, system downtime, and security issues.
- →Lead design reviews and maintain accountability for system designs.
- →Track and report on deliveries and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) metrics.
- →Negotiate trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality with Product Owners.
- →Balance team urgency with burnout prevention and monitor team pace.
- →Provide technological context for complex features and guide team members.
- →Participate in cross-team initiatives and knowledge sharing through workshops.
- →Proficiently apply and adapt Agile/XP SDLC practices.
- →Engage in recruitment, mentorship, and performance management.
- →Set and communicate clear team goals aligned with business strategy, fostering a motivating work environment.
