About the Role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer Specialist to join our Marketing team at Entain Italia. This role focuses on creating user-centric solutions and optimizing interfaces for a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and functional requirements, transforming them into user-centric solutions
→Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces balancing usability and aesthetics
→Work with development teams to ensure proper implementation of design solutions
→Optimize UI components based on feedback from stakeholders and development teams
→Apply and contribute to the Design System for visual and functional consistency
→Support UX Research in creating usability tests
→Stay updated with design best practices and emerging trends

Requirements

✓Degree in Design (Communication Design, Product Design, or related field)
✓Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
✓Intermediate knowledge of rapid sketching and communicating journey and interface ideas
✓Strong communication skills for presenting work in presentations and workshops
✓Collaborative spirit and ability to share knowledge
✓Advanced proficiency in Figma
✓Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred
✓Intermediate English language skills
