As a AI Engineer, youβll lead the design and development of agentic AI systems that automate and streamline internal operations across the company. Youβll architect robust AI agents, workflow orchestrations, and decisioning systems that reduce manual work and materially improve efficiency for internal teams. Youβll own end-to-end implementation, from prototyping to production, while setting technical standards, guiding mid-level engineers, and ensuring every solution delivers measurable gains in speed, accuracy, and operational scale.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable automation systems that simplify complex business problems.

Architect AI-driven solutions, including prompt design, model integration, and workflow automation strategies.

Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and re-engineer workflows, identifying high-value automation opportunities.

Deliver technical leadership on projects, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.

Integrate AI/ML APIs and services to enable intelligent decision-making and operational efficiency.

Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across automation pipelines.

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI/automation technologies to inform the teamβs roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
β’
3+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of delivering production-grade solutions
β’
Strong proficiency in Python and at least one core programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, or related framework), with experience building agentic tools and systems
β’
Demonstrable experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) for enhanced code generation, refactoring, debugging assistance, and overall development efficiency

Experience with any RDBMS
β’
Experience with API development and integrations
β’
Experience with Generative AI tools
β’
Demonstrated experience with system design, architecture, and API integrations.

Familiarity with AI concepts, prompt engineering, and large language models (LLMs)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement scalable automation systems

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
