About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Interim Housing team at PATH, a mission-driven organization that assists people experiencing homelessness. This role involves managing day-to-day operations and supervising service delivery staff.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care and services
→Offer individual and team supervision, support, and performance evaluations for assigned staff
→Ensure services emphasize trauma-informed care, client safety, and harm reduction interventions
→Respond to emergency calls and situations as required
→Assist in the screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients in various services
→Ensure all paperwork and data collection is complete, timely, accurate, and current
→Ensure adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards
→Prepare written reports on program activities as assigned
→Provide information to department supervisors and leaders
→Coordinate and collaborate with community partners

Requirements

✓Two years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or working with vulnerable populations
✓Analytical skills and attention to detail
✓Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
✓Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
✓Creativity and initiative to take action and make decisions
✓Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
✓Ethics and boundaries, maintaining professional standards
✓CPR/First Aid training
✓Background screening and drug test
✓Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✓Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles
✓U.S. work authorization
✓No recent history of receiving PATH services
