About the Role
Epic Games is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join their new testing group in Brazil. This role involves running tests and reporting bugs for major Epic products, working closely with the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute test cases with great attention to detail to ensure product quality
- →Investigate and analyze issues to identify root causes
- →Write clear and concise bug reports with detailed steps to reproduce issues
- →Communicate issues effectively and escalate when necessary
- →Report on blocking issues, test results, and quality status
- →Leverage product feature knowledge to uncover issues and inefficiencies
Requirements
- ✓Technical software or troubleshooting skills (degree in Computer Science or equivalent, self-taught, or relevant experience)
- ✓Excellent written communication skills in English and Portuguese
- ✓Experience with gaming consoles and/or mobile devices
- ✓Ability to identify and communicate software/game issues clearly and concisely
