About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing R&D team at Equativ in Kraków. You will be part of a team building a media planning platform for digital advertisers and data curators, working with high-traffic systems handling millions of requests per second.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work in an agile, multi-expertise team to design and develop clean, elegant, and robust solutions
- →Implement unit and functional testing and review code from teammates
- →Build, deploy, and monitor applications using Gitlab
- →Share knowledge with colleagues and innovate during Beyond Days
- →Lead design discussions and mentor others
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of web software development experience
- ✓Deep expertise with modern front-end technologies (ideally AngularX, HTML5, CSS) and backend technologies (ideally C# .NET, REST JSON API, EntityFramework)
- ✓Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (ideally GCP)
- ✓Ability to lead design discussions and mentor others
- ✓Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering clean solutions
- ✓Proficient in verbal and written English
- ✓Passion for writing high-quality, maintainable code following Software Craftsmanship or Continuous Delivery
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify improvement opportunities
- ✓Personal projects with code sharing
- ✓How you'll grow
- ✓Within 1 month: Complete onboarding and tackle small tasks
- ✓Within 3 months: Work on any part of Maestro platform autonomously
