About the Role
SoulCycle is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through B2B partnerships. This role focuses on prospecting new business, managing client relationships, and executing strategies to expand SoulCycle's corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and generate leads to establish new client relationships and partnerships
- →Manage the sales pipeline and track KPIs to drive business performance
- →Onboard new partners and optimize the onboarding process
- →Draft, negotiate, and manage corporate partner contracts
- →Develop and maintain pitch materials highlighting corporate partnership value
- →Create weekly and monthly forecasts for Finance and Senior Leadership
- →Nurture existing client relationships to grow revenue
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in business development and sales
- ✓Strong relationship-building and partnership management skills
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- ✓Ability to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- ✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
