About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager, Electronics Products to join E-Space, a company bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of IoT solutions and services. This role will focus on tracking schedules, managing documentation, monitoring risk, and reporting progress across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Maintain and update project schedules to ensure timely execution of key deliverables
→Collaborate with team leads to manage resources and priorities
→Organize and maintain all program-related documentation
→Identify potential risks and maintain a risk log
→Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders
→Facilitate communication across teams and disciplines
→Schedule and organize project meetings
→Ensure all external partners, vendors, and internal teams adhere to program schedules
→Assist in tracking the budget and expediting the procurement process

Requirements

✓5 years of experience working in spacecraft development environments
✓Experience in the design and development of aerospace hardware, software and/or assembly, integration and test
✓Experience as an engineering lead, technical program manager, or equivalent
✓Proficient with schedule tracking tools such as Smartsheet
✓Experience with Jira and Confluence
✓Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
