About the Role
We are looking for an Education Account Manager to join Esri’s Education account team. This role involves applying geospatial technology to help education organizations optimize their use of Esri technology and identify new growth areas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships with new and existing education customers
- →Develop and implement location strategies for organizations
- →Demonstrate industry knowledge and its relevance to GIS applications
- →Conduct research and pursue professional development
- →Execute account management and sales processes for all opportunities
- →Collaborate with teams across Esri to define and execute account strategies
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
- ✓Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- ✓Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation
- ✓Demonstrated knowledge of higher education and K12 new technology trends
- ✓Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling
- ✓Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
