About the Role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Account Manager to join Esri’s team. This role involves applying geospatial technology to help organizations optimize their infrastructure and expand adoption of Esri technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships with customers and develop location strategies
- →Demonstrate industry knowledge and its relevance to GIS applications
- →Conduct research and pursue professional development
- →Execute account management and sales processes
- →Collaborate with teams across Esri to define and execute account strategies
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
- ✓Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- ✓Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation
- ✓Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends
- ✓Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling
- ✓Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field
