About the Role
Join Esri's Product Analytics team to support Product Management and Business teams by analyzing data for product performance, usage, customer analytics, market sizing, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to convey insights and drive decision making
- →Deploy Power BI reports and implement performance optimization techniques
- →Identify and validate product's Key Performance Indicators
- →Develop custom data models and algorithms
- →Build forecast and predictive models for product management
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data analysis requirements
- →Create reports and dashboards for Business Managers, Product Managers, and Senior Leadership
- →Work with Data Management and BI teams to ensure data access
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience in data analysis supporting business teams
- ✓Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to translate strategic questions into analytics requirements
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and/or Tableau
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or related field
