About the Role
Join Esri's Enterprise Information Security team focusing on corporate Identity & Access Management. You'll work with a skilled team to build and operate enterprise single-sign-on (SSO), identity governance, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign, develop, and enhance IAM solutions integrating enterprise applications and security services
- βManage IAM lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and periodic access certification
- βDeploy and configure connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ/IDN for various enterprise systems
- βDevelop and maintain high-quality, reusable features using Java and scripting languages
- βAdminister and support LDAP, SSO, federation, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and enterprise IAM systems
- βImplement and support cloud-based identity platforms like Microsoft Entra ID
- βEngineer identity integrations with ServiceNow including form development and workflow design
- βDesign identity-related workflows in SailPoint to support access governance
- βSupport identity and mailbox provisioning in Microsoft Exchange environments
- βDevelop PowerShell automation scripts for Active Directory and integrated systems
- βProvide Level 2-3 support, ensure SLA compliance, and participate in on-call support
- βImplement conditional access policies, MFA, and governance standards
- βCollaborate with business and technology teams to align IAM processes
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in IAM planning, implementation, and operations
- β2+ years of Java development experience
- β2+ years developing IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
- βFoundational knowledge of identity technologies including SailPoint, Ping, CA, and Entra
- βProficiency managing LDAP directories, Active Directory, REST WebServices, SAML, OIDC, and databases
- βStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- βAuthorization to work in the US
- βBachelorβs degree in computer science or related STEM field
