About the Role
You’ll help shape the future of ArcGIS Enterprise by defining how enterprise GIS customers adopt and use AI across various environments. This role involves working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and services teams to translate customer needs into product direction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gather and prioritize feedback from end users and administrators to inform product strategy
- →Define and communicate product direction for ArcGIS Enterprise and its AI-related capabilities
- →Translate customer problems into clear, actionable requirements
- →Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, services, and partners to support successful delivery
- →Build and maintain product content such as technical papers and enablement materials
- →Build awareness across Esri’s global workforce of ArcGIS Enterprise system patterns
- →Represent ArcGIS Enterprise and AI in customer engagements and industry events
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a product-related role
- ✓Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise in a product planning or deployment context
- ✓Familiarity with ArcGIS Enterprise licensing
- ✓Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
- ✓Ability to coordinate people and technical resources across multiple organizations
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, geography/GIS, or related STEM field
