About the Role
We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our team at Esri and help advance our cutting-edge ArcGIS software. This challenging opportunity allows you to leverage your skills to design and build innovative automated tests.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with a team of software engineers to design and author test cases
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to test ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise functionality
- →Assess product quality and release readiness
- →Identify and troubleshoot product issues
- →Test software components through the user interface
- →Document software issues and work with Software Development Engineers to resolve them
- →Design and execute test strategies and test cases
- →Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium
- →Develop coding samples using public ArcGIS SDKs
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of software testing experience
- ✓Experience with C#, Java or Python
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, geography, GIS, mathematics, or related field
