About the Role
Join Esri's Developer Technology Group to leverage and develop your Scrum and Agile skills in a scaled environment. As a Scrum Master, you will coach teams on Scrum best practices and help evolve scaled agile concepts within a community of Agile practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate regular Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- →Lead multiple teams with differing dynamics to accomplish project goals
- →Assess Agile maturity of teams and coach them to continually improve
- →Remove impediments by finding solutions or the right people
- →Facilitate cross-team and organizational dependencies
- →Build a safe environment for problem-solving
- →Coach Product Owners and Development teams on their roles
- →Support product backlog refinement
- →Create and publish team performance metrics
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant industry experience
- ✓Professional experience as a Scrum Master
- ✓Track record of developing high-performing Agile teams
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓In-depth knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle
- ✓Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or GIS
