About the Role

We are seeking a PLM System Administrator to support our PLM system running on Siemens Team Center and engineering CAD tools. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the Team Center PLM and CAD ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the first line of support for Team Center PLM and CAD user requests
→Assist engineers with accessing and managing data in Team Center
→Set up and maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions
→Support CAD data management activities
→Assist with basic configuration and feature debugging
→Execute unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
→Validate PLM and CAD environments following upgrades
→Manage CAD license administration
→Partner with IT teams to support data collaboration with external partners
→Maintain clear documentation for standard operating procedures
→Analyze design flows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
✓Familiarity with PLM concepts such as product structures, BOMs, and change management
✓Exposure to MCAD and ECAD tools and understanding of CAD data management
✓Strong problem-solving skills and methodical approach to troubleshooting
✓Comfort working with structured systems and documented processes
✓Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts
✓Detail-oriented mindset with emphasis on data quality
✓Experience with Team Center PLM, particularly BMIDE
✓Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, or automation
✓Experience supporting enterprise software users
✓Familiarity with Jira tools for managing support tickets
