About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned product manager to join our Consumer Product team at Ethos. This role focuses on building a delightful digital consumer experience for life insurance shoppers, from onboarding to purchasing insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build experiences for millions of online insurance shoppers, delivering measurable impact
- →Own the user experience from top to bottom, using consumer insights and data to improve conversion rates
- →Educate consumers on life insurance needs and help them purchase appropriate coverage
- →Improve conversion rates by removing friction and motivating users to complete applications
- →Take new insurance products to market
- →Build end-to-end experiences focused on accessibility, delight, and simplicity
- →Operate with ownership and autonomy in a product-first environment
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of total technology industry experience
- ✓5+ years of product management experience in high-growth tech companies
- ✓Ability to generate, test, and refine hypotheses using data, user insights, and market trends
- ✓Experience transforming ideas into actionable plans and user-resonant designs
- ✓Strong analytical orientation with data-driven decision making
- ✓Experience with SQL and Amplitude for analytics
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and design teams
- ✓Track record of solving customer problems and driving business growth
- ✓Drive to set and achieve ambitious goals
