About the Role
We are looking for a Drug Discovery Research Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing drug discovery research support services to pharmaceutical and biotech academia in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- →Propose contract services centered on in vitro safety pharmacology and pharmacological assays
- →Provide consultation on assay design and test content based on customer needs, coordinating with technical teams at overseas facilities
- →Build relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts
- →Create quotes and coordinate with overseas research facilities (USA, Taiwan, etc.)
- →Handle public relations and customer support at academic conferences, exhibitions, and seminars
- →This position utilizes our world-class drug discovery assay portfolio to engage in substantive discussions with researchers.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in drug discovery research support or related field
- ✓Strong understanding of in vitro safety pharmacology and pharmacological assays
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams in overseas facilities
- ✓Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- ✓Ability to work in an international environment collaborating with global teams in the US, Europe, and Asia
