About the Role
We are looking for an HR Professional to join our team across various locations in Germany. This role involves managing all personnel-related topics throughout the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently manage and handle all personnel-related topics in the entire employee life cycle (personnel planning, onboarding, job descriptions, personnel support, employee retention, and development, preliminary payroll processing, etc.)
- →Close collaboration with management, finance, departments, and the nationwide HR team
- →Actively shape and continuously optimize internal HR processes to promote efficiency and quality in HR work, as well as taking on special projects
- →Advise managers on personnel matters while considering legal and labor regulations for various locations in Munich
- →Create reports, statistics, and KPIs, as well as process inquiries, including participation in personnel planning and budgeting
- →Support change processes and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Experience in HR management and personnel administration
- ✓Strong understanding of German labor law and regulations
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- ✓Proficiency in German and English
