About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the eLIMS-NG deployment across Asia. This role involves working closely with business units, IT, and global program teams to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with regional business units to capture functional and non-functional requirements
- →Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for eLIMS-NG deployment
- →Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and global NG program teams
- →Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for stakeholders across Asia
- →Prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases
- →Develop process flow diagrams and ensure alignment with eLIMS-NG standards
- →Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating results
- →Ensure defects are tracked and resolved before go-live
- →Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users
- →Support change management activities to drive adoption
- →Coordinate with technical teams for deployment activities
- →Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve issues
Requirements
- ✓Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings
- ✓Experience with process mapping and documentation
- ✓Knowledge of UAT and testing methodologies
- ✓Familiarity with change management principles
- ✓Experience with eLIMS or similar systems is a plus
