About the Role

Eurofins Environment Testing DACH is seeking an experienced M365/SharePoint Information Architect & Hub Owner to design, govern, and continuously improve our SharePoint Online landscape across multiple business units, functional departments, and legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain the target SharePoint IA, including site/hub architecture, content types, metadata models, navigation, and search optimization
→Automate processes and workflows using Power Automate (approvals, notifications, content processes, provisioning flows)
→Create and maintain Blueprints & Templates for department, BU, and project sites
→Implement SharePoint governance aligned with Eurofins' global IT Governance, Segregation, and Security-by-Design principles
→Define content policies: ownership rules, archiving cycles, review workflows, metadata, and document handling
→Build and lead a SharePoint Site Owner Community across ET-DACH
→Act as Product Owner for SharePoint within ET-DE

Requirements

✓3+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
✓Expertise in information architecture, metadata models, site design, and modern SharePoint features
✓Experience with Power Automate (flows, triggers, approvals, integrations with SharePoint Lists & Libraries)
✓Solid understanding of IT governance, security, identity & access management, and role-based permissions
✓Experienced in developing governance frameworks, templates, guidelines, and user training
✓Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills in a decentralized environment
✓Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant SharePoint structures
